BOAT RENTAL RESERVATION POLICY
All boat rentals require full payment when making a reservation. All boat captains shall be a licensed driver over the age of 25 years, with current vehicle insurance and $1,000 on a Mastercard/Visa for a security deposit. Must have adequate tow vehicle with a class II hitch or better and have tow/trailer compentency. All passengers MUST sign a waiver/liability release form prior to boarding watercraft. A late return fee of $50/hour applied. Boat captain shall be held financially responsible for any damage or loss to watercraft/equipment while in their care. No exceptions! Our Boats run Rain or Shine.
CAMPING AND CABIN RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations confirmed upon receipt of 50% down. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days, requires full payment. We accept Mastercard/Visa. A $40 fee will be charged on all returned checks. Rates are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations prior to 30 days may be rebooked without penalty, or refunded if re-booked minus 10% charge. Refunds on cancellations less than 30 days in advance will result in forfeiture of total deposit. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personnal emergencies or the weather as a cause for cancellations, for this reason, we recommend travel insurance.
PET POLICIES
Pets are permitted in pet-friendly cabins only. A maximum of two (2) pets permitted. There is a $40 non refundable cleaning fee for each pet staying in the cabin. Pets shall be securely crated, with their needs met, if left unattended.
Pets shall be restrained in public areas at all times on a sturdy leash not to exceed ten (10) feet in length. Guests must clean up after their pet(s) including the yard around the cabin. Pet food should be kept inside to avoid unwanted wildlife. We love pets... but we know pets! For this reason, we also require a Mastercard or Visa on file for any unforeseen circumstances. We ask that all of our guests, human or otherwise, respect our quiet hours.
